1 Preface
1.1 Firstly please read the manual carefully before any kind of installation or operation. To avoid any harm to people and damage of machine.
1.2 Only professional technicians are allowed to install, operate and maintain the machine.
1.3 The machine should be installed in the place there is keeping 0ºC-40ºC in temperature and under 85% in air humidity. And also no powder, no inflammable gas and no corrosive gas around in air.
1.4 The ground clamp of machine must be connected well to avoid any harm to people.
1.5 It is forbidden to touch the operating screen with any kinds of metal or wood tools instead of hands.
1.6 It is unnecessary to make foot margin once keep the rubber wheel in balance well.
1.7 Protect touching screen all time please.If you find there is dirty on the touching screen, cut down the electricity power first and wipe it with wet hands please. Do not use alcohol, gas or any other chemical solvents.
1.8 Please wait for 3 minutes at least to restart the machine once urgent stop be executed. Otherwise the transducer maybe damaged.
1.9 Please check all fastener to be good fastening.

3 Electric control principle
3.1 Dragging control
It is composed of strip-making motor, strip-transporting motor, pill-rubbing motor, alternating transducer and switches. The speed adjustment of strip-making motor and strip-transporting motor are realized by alternating transducer. It controls through touching screen as human-computer interface, controls by PLC automatically.
Attention: Do not press touching button of transducer to avoid any change of preset parameters or shut down of machine.
3.2 Total auto-controlling
It is mainly composed of PLC, touching screen, coder, controlling modules. Once the machine electrified, the touching screen controller will send a start signal to strip-making transducer. Then the strip-making motor begins to work. When the strip comes on the signal will be transmitted to coder at outlet and coder transfers the signal to PLC. PLC control the speed of strip-transporting motor depending on the strong or faint signal. The pill-making motor starts to work once strips be transported into tools.

5 Operation
5.1 Starting up
5.1.1 Close the power switch. Unscrew "Urgent Stop" button.
5.1.2 Press "Start" button to electrify. Click "enter the system" display on the screen.
5.1.3 Input the user's name(TSL) and password(TSL123).
5.2 Operation of main controlling system
5.2.1 Click anywhere(except time zone) on the screen to enter next step. Press the named button to start strip-making, strip-transporting, pill-making and strip-transporting adjustment.
Instruction on button and function:
Start strip-making: the strip-making motor starts to make strips.
Stop strip-making: the strip-making motor stops to make strips.
Start strip-transporting: the strip-transporting motor starts to transport strips.
Stop strip-transporting: the strip-transporting motor stop to transport strips.
Start pill-making: the pill-making motor start to make pills.
Stop pill-making: the pill-making motor stop to make pills.
:press this button to rise up the frequency of the relative motor;
:press this button to slow down the frequency of the relative motor.
Attention: please pay attention to the direction of pill-making motor runs.It should run as anticlockwise saw from terminal of motor belt wheel. If it is found the motors run at wrong direction, please change any 2 terminals of connectors (U,V,W) connected to switch box.(to change U1,V1,W1 of strip-making motor; to change U2,V2,W2 of strip-transporting motor; to change U3,V3,W3 of pill-making motor).
5.2.2 Press "urgent stop" button once there is any emergency. When everything recover, electrify and turn the button to the right to start again.
5.2.3 If it display "overload of strip-making motor", "overload of strip-transporting motor" or "overload of pill-making motor" on the screen, cut down the power supply and check the causes.
5.3 Pill making
5.3.1 Open the valve of alcohol container to drop the alcohol to tools.
5.3.2 Let strips go through the coder wheel and supporting wheel, then take it on the transporting wheel, put strips into tools through order-unit.
5.3.3 Usually at beginning take just one strip going through the coder wheel and adjust the speed of strip-making motor and strip-transporting motor on screen at manual operation interface, make them runs accordingly. Then turn the interface to auto operation interface. Take the other strips into tools and automatically the strip-transporting motor will trace the speed of pill-making motor and make two motors run accordingly. If there is any dis-accordingly in speed, turn to manual operation interface ,adjust the frequency through or , then turn to auto operation interface.
5.3.4 Change the strip mouth and tools if different diameter pill be made.
5.3.5 The teeth of tools should be fixed aligning to ensure the pill surface is round and smooth.
5.3.6 It is forbidden to let any kinds of metal or wood materials into tools!
5.3.7 It is forbidden to press paste into materials tank with hand!
5.4 Shut down
5.4.1 If it needs to shut down the machine, firstly turn the auto operation interface to manual operation interface, press to slow down the frequency of strip-making motor and strip-transporting motor to zero. Press the "stop strip-making", "stop strip-transporting", "stop pill-making". Press the "stop"button on the controlling box and finally shut down the QS switch.
5.4.2 Press "urgent stop"in the emergency.
5.4.3 Clean the paste materials tank and tools after work finished. Reverse board needs to be discharged. When it to be fixed on, please keep two boards vertical, fix the bigger one on the higher axle and the small one on the lower axle.
6 Machine lubricating
6.1 The lubricating oil should keep enough for the machine running well. Open the door in the right side of machine body, there is a windows at the bottom of oil tank. Add the oil to the tank once the oil line lower than center line. Usually change total oil every half year. The number of oil is #25 engine oil.
6.2 The reducer lubricated at bath type using #70 industrial class gear oil. The oil line should keep in the center of oil standard. All oil should be changed after two-weeks running to get rid of dirty. Then change oil every 3-6 months.
7 Problems and solutions
